Dear James,
I wanted to first off start by extending my sincere gratitude for a job well done during the IT changes provided at Laminates Afield, Inc. As you know I have had several “Motherboard Failures” and complete data loss over this past year and feel if the “Redempsys” product was in place at the time these tragic events occurred I wouldn’t have been in such a vulnerable position to begin with.
I must honestly say because of the “Redempsys” product I sleep sound at night knowing my entire infrastructure is completely safe in your hands. One of the triggers I get during my daily travels, if and when I am on-line, is during the day when I see a blip on my screen that your product is providing the back-ups, the software deployment and the patch management my network needs for maximum productivity (this is nothing short of amazing) and continues to astound me to this day.
James in closing if there is anything I can provide to the incredible team at “Redempsys” I encourage you to call upon myself and my team at any time. Thank you again for all the security you provide for my efforts at Laminates Afield, Inc.
