Redempsys is a Managed Information Technology (IT) Services product. We provide remote offsite full image and folder backup, disaster recovery planning offered on a monthly subscription basis. It entails a full walk through of your facility by our certified technicians that will align you with a plan to address recovery needs of your critical information and hardware assessment and recommendation. Your subscription comes with technical support and we are always just a phone call away should you have any quesitons.
Small Business Disaster Recovery Plan
Includes:
1. Daily monitoring of backup
2. Offsite protected data storage
3. Monitoring of system integrity
4. Test restoration to prove the backup is functional
5. Monthly results summary reports
6. Disk space monitoring
7. Technical support (* Various levels available for those that may or may not already have IT services on staff or under contract)
Cost: $50 Per Backup Server

Out process begins with data backup. First and foremost, we want to ensure the intregriyt of our data. We often have suctomers come to us with a list of things to fix even before the data is secure!
Our process begins with securing your data by putting our proven backup process in place before we begin to tackle other issues. No matter how skilled you are things can still go wrong while repairing issues. Without a backup these little issues can become full blown headaches.
Once your data is secure our preocess turns to bettering your IT environment. This entails discussions with you and your company to understand your challenges and goals so that together we can develop an action plan for growth.
