Remote Repair Session
$32.50 for the first half hour, minimum charge of an hour. $50hr charged in 15 minute increments after first 30 minutes. Requires that the user have at least a 768k dsl connection. A great way to avoid the cost of having to carry your computer in, schedule a technician to come out or simply to fix or diagnose a quick issue. Subject to technician availability. $150.00 - Tune-up/Clean-up package

We create a full system image before we begin work on your machine to ensure your data!

$195.00 Data Migration
Need a Tune-up/Clean-up but also want to migrate your data from your old computer to your new computer? We can help. Our Data Migration package will migrate your data to your new machine and repair issues related to migrating data to different hardware. (When software is migrate from one manufacturer, such as HP, to another manufacturer, such as Dell, many drivers and operating system files will fail to function. We are experienced in making the vendor and OS transition run smoothly.)
$32.50 - Hardware install
Need a modem, hard drive, CD/DVD drive, wireless networking card or other piece of hardware installed? Bring your computer to our office and we'll be happy to do it for you.
$195.00 Laptop DC jack repair plus part cost
If your laptop has stopped charging or charges intermittently you may have a damaged DC jack. We can repair it for you. We can also install laptop motherboards if necessary.
Data Recovery
$100 discovery fee applies whether we able to recover data or not. First discovery scans usually take up to 72hrs depending on the size of the drive. The discovery fee covers our time cost associated with the recovery effort and helps determine how much more effort will be needed to extract the data. Overall cost varies. $65 - Pick Up or Drop Off
Within a 15 mile radius. The fee includes either dropping off and setting the computer back up in your home (does not include any additional training time you may request. If the technician is available to stay time is on a time and materials basis.) Or picking up your machine by an IAMNet technician. Pick up and drop offs are subject to technician availability.
On site T&M $65.00 per hour

About our Process
We have kiosks setup so all you need to bring in is your tower. We don't need you to bring in your keyboard, monitor, mouse etc. If you are dropping off a laptop it is helpful for us to have your power cord although in most cases we have one here.
Before beginning we create a full backup of each machine which lessens the risk of data loss. We strongly recommend you backup your data first however we understand many people do not know how to make a proper backup. Because of this we take measures to avoid a catastrophe. Yes, it adds time to a repair to backup data first but many viruses can destroy a system during repair. Having a full backup also provides us the ability to try different repair approaches and be able to 'back out of' a jam' if necessary. We strive to be thorough and believe that simply formatting a machine to get rid of a virus is a last ditch effort and tramatizing experience.
